Shipping Information

We ship all orders with care and aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days (fee shown at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package in real time via the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We're working on expanding — check back soon.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, or if tracking shows no movement for 5+ days, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
