Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days from dispatch. Free standard shipping is available on all orders. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Express Shipping

Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional fee presented at checkout. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days ship the same day.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us via the Contact page.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Vietnam and select international destinations. International shipping times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Fugiat Store is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
