30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with any original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
• Items returned without original packaging where packaging is integral to the product
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

How to Return

Starting a return is easy:

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll set up an exchange as quickly as possible. If the item you want is in stock, we'll ship it as soon as your return is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.
