Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Digital goods or software
• Items missing original packaging or accessories

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days. Pack items securely and drop off at any authorised carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
